product is super easy to set up as all you need do is fit the bottom
portion with the handle portion and push the two pieces together to fit.
The fact that you can adjust the height will no doubt suffice for many different needs.
The biggest part to me is the fact that the material is sturdy.
When they say metal they mean metal and not your cheap Wal-Mart metal.
Don't let the word metal discourage you though. It's sturdy, but simplistic in it's design so it's not heavy at all.
As someone who works out 7 days a week and weighs 200 lbs. I can assure you if I say it's sturdy then I mean it.
