I sit at the computer about 15 hours a day. Needless to say, I have issues with my feet swelling, especially in the summer. I researched dozens of footrests and chose this one because it was large enough to place my transcribing foot pedal on. The adjustable height is a big plus as well as the fact there are 4 adjustment choices. I can also rock my feet back and forth to help with the circulation while I'm working. The shipping was ultrafast and free. The price was half of comparable models I looked at. I recommend this footrest to anyone who sits for long hours at the computer and this footrest is wide enough to accommodate BOTH feet while using a transcribing foot pedal. It's also made of much sturdier thicker plastic than the other "brand name" footrests out there. They are made of much thinner plastic, have very little weight to them, and slide all over the place under your desk with any pressure placed on them. You'll be chasing them all around under your desk, plus the last one I bought (which cost more than this one) broke in half after a few weeks. Totally useless, but a big name in the office supply business. Don't waste your money on other footrests - I recommend this one. You will not be disappointed in this model.
