am having difficulty sitting at home for online class 5 hrs a day with
the back of my thighs and lower buttocks. Hoping this will help!

I got it because I also have to sit for hours at my desk for my job
and I have been dealing with the problem with my feet and ankles
swelling. I also am only 5ft 3in. My legs are short and the way the
chair hits them it cuts off circulation. It has helped me a lot with
the swelling since I can now elevate my feet and legs to a more suitable
height.
